Keith Spence

Keith Spence is a partner and counsel at Johnson & Oshan Law since February 2020, specializing in advising clients on formation, growth, financing, and transactional activities across diverse sectors, including software, technology, life sciences, gaming, and entertainment. Prior experience includes serving as a corporate associate at Latham & Watkins, where responsibilities encompassed entity selection, corporate governance, and public securities offerings. Additional roles at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and WilmerHale involved similar corporate and finance advisory tasks, focusing on emerging companies and public company compliance. Keith also gained international experience as a business consultant in the Africa Business Fellowship. Education includes a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and a BA in Applied Mathematics/Economics from Brown University.
