Edi Yang is a Senior Software Engineer at Jobber, where they continue to build innovative solutions. They previously worked at trnd.io, leading the development of a social commerce platform, and played a key role in growing Penny AI from seed stage to Series B while founding the Penny Mentorship Program. Edi gained valuable experience as a Senior Solutions Engineer at Avanade, where they developed a high-traffic safety compliance platform. Before their extensive software engineering career, Edi worked as a Junior and then Senior Barber, honing their skills in various hair cutting techniques. Edi holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of British Columbia and is currently pursuing web development studies at Lighthouse Labs.
