Ryan Jones has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Ryan began their career as a Computer Network Administrator at Hearthstone Consulting & Development, where they configured and maintained Windows and Linux servers. Ryan then worked as a POSSE Application Junior Developer at the City of Edmonton - POSSE Group, where they developed solutions for building permits applications. Ryan later joined ATCO I-Tek as an Intermediate Systems Analyst, designing and developing COBOL programs and DB2 queries. Ryan then moved to Fujitsu Consulting Canada as a Senior .NET Developer, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics CRM customization and reporting. Following that, they founded and managed System88 Development Inc., a consulting company focusing on enterprise application design. Ryan was responsible for managing teams, improving software quality and security, and unifying the customer experience across all digital platforms. Ryan Jones obtained a Diploma in Computer Systems Technology from NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology) from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they received a Certificate in Computer Network Administration from the same institute from 2005 to 2006. Ryan also holds additional certifications in Technical Strategy from Reforge, Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance, and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
