Jed Murphy has extensive experience in strategy, innovation, and digital marketing. ▪️ Jed is currently the Co-founder and COO of id8 360, where they provide strategic support and product development capabilities to existing companies and start-ups. ▪️ Jed brings together deep experience across various industries and skills in strategy, product development, digital technology, Open Banking, data management, and data monetization.

Prior to their current role, Jed was the Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer of JobBliss, a Freelance Relationship Management platform that connects skilled freelancers and companies directly, eliminating recruiter fees. ▪️ Jed believes in empowering companies to build and manage a flexible workforce and giving freelancers control over their work schedule.

Jed also held positions at Cardlytics, where they served as the SVP of Strategy and Innovation Director. ▪️ Jed led strategy and innovation across product development, finance, marketing, and engineering, securing board approval for a multi-year transformation program. Additionally, they were the VP and Head of Strategy and Innovation at Cardlytics.

Before Cardlytics, Jed worked at Aimia Inc, where they served as the Global Digital Strategy Director and shaped the company's digital strategy. ▪️ Jed focused on utilizing emerging technology and gaining insight into consumers' digital attitudes and behaviors.

Earlier in their career, Jed worked at Carlson Marketing Group as the Director of Interactive Marketing, overseeing digital projects for all clients and managing a team of project managers, developers, and multimedia experts. ▪️ Jed was also the Group Client Service Director, responsible for developing direct and digital marketing solutions within the company.

Jed started their career as the Managing Director of Carlson Direct, a direct marketing business within Carlson Marketing Group. ▪️ Jed managed P&L, business development, client delivery, and account team management. Later, the business units were merged under the Carlson Marketing Group umbrella.

In addition to their professional experience, Jed has also served as a judge for DMA UK.

Jed Murphy attended the University of Surrey from 1987 to 1990, where they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in English and Sociology from St Mary's College. Following that, they pursued further education at the University of Kent from 1990 to 1991, earning an MSc degree in Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, Jed Murphy has obtained several certifications, including the Deloitte M&A Bootcamp from Deloitte in December 2020, the Advanced Programmatic (CPD Accredited) certification from IAB in November 2019, and the Code in a Day certification from Decoded in January 2015. ▪️ Jed also holds an ISP Diploma in Sales Promotion from the Institute of Sales Promotion, although the specific obtained month and year are unavailable.
