Stefano Marina has been working in various roles since 1995. Stefano began their career at Carrefour as a Bricolage-Automotive Department Manager Continente Italia and Home Department Manager - Continente Sevilla Spain. In 1997, they took on the role of Bazaar Department Manager at Bennet. In 1999, they worked as a Buyer - Kitchenware & Housekeeping at Auchan Retail. In 2004, they became the Purchasing & Retail Manager at Bormioli Rocco Group, where they were the Head of Purchasing & Outsourcing - B. U. Tableware and Head of Flagship Stores Network - B. In 2009, they returned to Carrefour as the Supply Chain Director - Non Food and Purchasing & Marketing Director - Home Department. In 2018, they were the International Sales Manager at Viceversa Design and EXCELSA by Bergamaschi & Vimercati, as well as the Senior Manager at Valeocon Management Consulting. Stefano is currently the VP - General Manager at jobby - Il Lavoro Quando Ti Serve.

Stefano Marina obtained a Master's degree in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management from MIP Politecnico di Milano between 2012 and 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Laurea Economia e Commercio with an Indirizzo Economico Industriale field of study from Università di Pavia between 1988 and 1993.
