Jobee is a hyperlocal marketplace that connects students with people in their local community who need short-term help. The platform makes it easy to post, discover, and complete small jobs such as babysitting, pet care, errands, cleaning, moving assistance, and other everyday services.
The product is designed to replace informal and fragmented solutions like social media posts or group chats by providing a structured and trust-focused system for local hiring. Users can quickly create job requests, match with nearby students, and coordinate directly through the platform.
A key component of Jobee is trust and safety. Users are required to verify their identity before interacting, helping ensure more reliable and secure exchanges between students and job posters.
Jobee focuses on speed, simplicity, and accessibility, enabling fast connections between supply (students looking for flexible work) and demand (people needing quick, affordable help).
The platform is currently in an early-stage growth phase, iterating based on real user behavior, with an emphasis on increasing completed jobs, improving retention, and expanding into new student communities.
