Mei Lu is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology leader, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Geekology and Jobfully.com, where both initiatives focus on simplifying the tech landscape and supporting career advancement in the software industry. Additionally, Mei Lu is an Alumni Career and Executive Coach at Carnegie Mellon University, specializing in career planning, negotiation strategies, and team management in the high-tech sector. As the organizer of the CTO Series and Tech Talks at Impact Hub Bellevue, Mei Lu curates discussions aimed at enhancing the capabilities of tech startups. Previous roles include consulting at INRIX, business development and recruiting at EQQUS Technologies, and various engineering leadership positions at companies such as Qpass, SoftMed Systems, and Manugistics.
