Juan Bourgois is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in financial management, corporate development, and talent matching. Since 2022, Juan has been the Co-Founder and CEO of Jobgether, focusing on a Remote Talent Matching Platform that addresses the evolving labor market. Previously, Juan co-founded EU4UA.org to assist Ukrainian refugees in finding accommodation in Europe. From 2018 to 2020, Juan served as Chief Financial Officer for Sodexo's Corporate Development and M&A in Europe and held various financial roles at Pluxee and Sodexo in Colombia.
