JoBi Construction is a service based company that will offer general demolition, asbestos abatement and removal, fire stopping and fire proofing application services to both government and private companies that are looking for complete solutions. JoBi Construction will be located and operate in the London area. JoBi Construction serves the London and  the surrounding area.

Hazardous waste management, asbestos abatement and removal, fire stopping and fire proofing demands a high degree of specialization and expertise and is definitely not our client's core business or its core competence. We intend to provide this competence and expertise as a service to our customers.

Asbestos abatement and removal

Asbestos is considered hazardous material but is actually a natural mineral compound with unusual qualities. It is strong enough to resist high temperatures, chemical attack and wear. A poor conductor, it insulates well against heat and electricity. Asbestos crystals become long, flexible, silky fibers, so it can be made into a wide variety of forms. Asbestos can also be added to materials as diverse as cotton and cement. This combination of properties gives asbestos performance capabilities that are difficult to find elsewhere.

Demolition

Asbestos is used in a wide variety of products such as roofing materials, wallboard, paints etc. Removal of such materials will provide other ancillary opportunities and can lead to additional contract work that would complement our core business of asbestos removal and demolition. This plays well with our customers in many instances where we can provide a more complete offering of services and expertise.
