Krista Wright is the Founder and Recruitment Consultant at Recruiting Concepts Inc., where they focus on executive search and complex hiring projects. They have been an active member of IPTER since 2019, working alongside over 40 international recruiters. Previously, Krista served as a Senior Recruitment Consultant for HRVantage Inc. and HR Vision, from 2003 to 2013. They hold an Honours BA in Literature and Social Work Studies from Western University, which they completed in 1993. Currently, Krista is also the Canadian Partner for Jobilla, introducing innovative recruiting solutions to North America.
