jobmatchingbd.com is a subsidiary of Vision IT, dedicated to simplifying the online job search process for users. Its purpose is to aggregate a vast selection of job offerings available on the internet into a comprehensive database, drawing from job listings found on various platforms like job boards, recruitment agency websites, and specialized recruitment sites. Through a user-friendly and efficient interface, individuals can easily search this database, eliminating the need to visit each site individually. It’s important to note that jobmatchingbd.com does not host the job listings themselves; instead, users are directed to the original job listings or provided with the original job images by employers. In essence, jobmatchingbd.com acts as a traffic driver, guiding users to the relevant sites.

The job search engine network of jobmatchingbd.com covers more than 64 districts, providing separate interfaces that are available in both Bangla and English languages.

The overarching vision of the company is to integrate Internet technology into mainstream business and economic activities, aiming to harness its full potential.

Our website is designed to leverage the numerous benefits offered by the Internet, assisting job seekers in effectively managing their careers. Simultaneously, it addresses the challenges faced by employers with traditional recruitment methods, enabling them to save valuable time and reduce costs.
