Albert Simons is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in the talent acquisition field. Currently serving as Recruiting Manager, Executive Manager, and Principal Recruiter at Jobot since January 2022, Albert has honed skills in managing recruitment processes. Prior to this role, Albert worked at Aerotek from June 2013 to January 2022, achieving the positions of Sr Account Manager, Account Manager, and Recruiter. Additionally, Albert began a career in recruitment as a Campus Ambassador at Purdue University while studying for a Bachelor's Degree in Sales Management at Purdue University from 2009 to 2013.
