Stephen Brainerd

Stephen Brainerd is an experienced professional in recruitment and account management, currently serving as an Executive Manager and Principal Recruiter at Jobot since August 2023. Previously, Stephen held the position of Account Manager at Actalent from June 2021 to July 2023 and at Aerotek from October 2015 to June 2021, specializing in placing skilled professionals such as mechanical engineers, architects, and quality engineers within Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties, as well as working with companies in the Los Angeles area for staffing needs in architecture, engineering, and construction. Prior to these roles, Stephen operated as a freelance graphic designer and web developer from October 2011 to October 2015, providing various marketing and design services. Stephen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from UC Santa Barbara and an Associate’s Degree from Los Angeles Pierce College.
