Buckner Bell, MBA, is a seasoned professional in executive search consultancy, currently serving as a Partner at Jobplex since January 2026. Prior to this role, Buckner held various positions including Associate Partner at DHR Global from June 2014 to January 2026, where responsibilities included recruiting leaders in the Private Equity, Industrial, Emerging Technology, and Hospitality sectors. Buckner has extensive experience in talent acquisition at senior levels, having served as Vice President and Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition, as well as Director of Talent Acquisition in North America and other related roles. Earlier experience includes positions at Robinson, McFadden & Moore, P.C. and NP Group, as well as work at Reid's Fine Foods. Buckner earned an MBA from Wake Forest University School of Business and holds B.S. degrees in Economics and International Studies from the University of South Carolina.
