Prior to this role, Jay held the position of President at Lakeshore Staffing from 1999 to 2009, and served as Executive Vice President at Talent Tree from 1985 to 1996. Jay began a career in staffing as a Regional Sales Manager at Action Systems from 1979 to 1982 and as an Assistant District Manager at Carnation Company from 1975 to 1978. Jay holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Tech University and furthered education at Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business.
