Justin Hirsch

Justin Hirsch is the Chief Executive Officer and HR Practice Group Leader at Jobplex, where Justin has operated since September 2010, also serving as President and HR Executive Search Lead. With over 25 years of experience in the recruiting market, Jobplex specializes in emerging leader recruitment as part of DHR's retained executive search services. Additionally, Justin works as an Advisor at Limitless Minds since June 2022, focusing on enriching organizational culture and optimizing performance. Prior to these roles, Justin was a Partner and VP of Client Services/HR Executive Search at Abbott Smith Associates from 1998 to 2010, responsible for business development and managing a client services team. Earlier in their career, Justin held the position of Manager of National Business Development at Drake Beam Morin, where Justin played a key role in establishing the Business Development Center. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Indiana University Bloomington, earned in 1996.
