Steph Ison

Steph Ison serves as the Principal of the JobsOhio Growth Capital Fund since May 2020, focusing on co-investments to assist founders in accessing capital and support for business growth. Prior roles include Senior Venture Associate and Consultant at Full Point Consulting, where strategic planning and funding support were key services provided to entrepreneurs. At Coolidge Wall, Ison contributed as a consultant for strategic advisory services aimed at growth and operational improvements. Previous experience includes senior analytical roles at Krush Media Group and Krush Technologies, operational leadership at Ohio Investments LLC, and mortgage origination at Park National Bank. Ison holds a B.A. in Communication from Wittenberg University.
