Jonny Larson

Jonny Larson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jonny started their career as a Software Engineer at McAfee/Network Associates in 1995 and worked there until 1999. Jonny then joined Nokia in 1999 and worked as a Software Engineer, focusing on SSL gateway development and Windows pieces like ActiveX port forwarding and VPN client. In 2010, they joined Catbird Networks as a Sr. Software Engineer, where they worked until 2014. During their tenure at Catbird Networks, Jonny contributed to the development of a sophisticated virtual network security and compliance product. Jonny also played a key role in growing the company from 15 people to over 50 employees. In 2014, Jonny joined Catbird, a Cyxtera Business, as a Customer Escalations Manager, and worked there until 2017. Finally, in 2019, they joined Joby Aviation as a Software Engineer.

Jonny Larson completed their education at Michigan Technological University from 1983 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Prior to that, they attended Marquette Senior High from 1979 to 1983, where they received a diploma and studied Math/Science.
