David Moon

David Moon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in construction and technology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Construction Superintendent at JOC Construction since April 2022, David oversees various state-wide projects in collaboration with governmental entities. Previously, David held the position of Vice President at Angler's Beachside Grill until September 2023 and served as President of Lan-Tech, Inc. from October 1993 to September 2023, where David led the design and implementation of numerous network installations, including the notable introduction of Citrix Winframe for remote access during the 1996 Olympics. David holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, earned between 1988 and 1993.
