My 10 Day Tune Up is a fully automated learning and coaching system that clients access through a simple app on their mobile device or smart phone. Daily videos assist participants with grocery lists, prep instructions and action plans. Short, inspiring and motivational "what to expect" videos keep individuals on track and inspired.

The Lifestyle Integration program takes over on day 11, once the 10 Day Tune Up has ended. Brief informational videos guide participants through questions such as "how do I make this work with a busy schedule".

Customer service is a major piece of Joe Knows Nutrition. One-on-one coaching as well as group coaching is available.
