Daniel Swimer

Daniel Swimer is a Partner and Head of Property Litigation at Joelson, where they advise on and resolve disputes relating to contentious property matters. Their extensive experience encompasses complex property disputes, business lease renewals, and various litigation actions in both High Court and County Court settings. Prior to joining Joelson in 2018, Daniel held positions as a Senior Associate at Howard Kennedy LLP and worked as a solicitor at several other firms, including Curry Popeck Solicitors and Sprecher Grier Halberstam LLP. Daniel actively engages with professional bodies such as the Property Litigation Association and the RICS Dilapidations Forum.
