Jonathan Trasky has a diverse work experience in the food and beverage industry. Jonathan started as a Food & Beverage Manager at Chuck Muer Restaurants in 1998 and then moved on to become a Food & Beverage Manager at Townsend Hotel in 2002. In 2004, they became the General Manager at Five Lakes Grill, and then in 2005, they worked as a General Manager at Epoch Restaurant Group. Jonathan then joined MGM Grand Detroit in 2007 as the General Manager of Wolfgang Puck Grille. In 2009, they became the General Manager of F&B Outlets at Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center, where they successfully initiated marketing strategies resulting in revenue growth and identified new hotel revenue streams. In 2015, they joined Detroit Optimist Society Restaurant Group as the Director of Operations before taking on the same role at Jogue Incorporated in 2018.
Jonathan Trasky earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan in 2000.
