Franziska Soding

Franziska Soding is currently serving as the Bereichsleitung Personal at Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe e.V. since 2019. Previously, they worked in the Personalabteilung at the same organization from 2015 to 2019. Their earlier experience includes roles in quality management and management of call centers at Omniphon GmbH from 2006 to 2009. Franziska completed their education at the Universität Leipzig, where they earned a Magister degree in Germanistik, Kommunikationswissenschaft, and BWL, and they also obtained a professional qualification as a Kauffrau für Bürokommunikation from Euro Schulen Magdeburg.
