The Johar Group was formed in the year 1971 by Sardar Jeet Singh Johar and his two sons Mr. Avtar Singh Johar and Mr. Prithpal Singh Johar. The Group started off in the business of Spare Parts trading and then went on to diversify into automobile workshop, Fleet Transport, Body & Paint work, Accessories, job work & Petro-Chem.
