Benoit Schils

Benoit Schils is currently the Configurations Director and Global Head of Quality at John Cockerill, where they focus on configuration management for hydrogen electrolysers and fostering a quality culture across regions. Benoit has previously held several quality management roles at companies such as Hitachi Energy and FN Herstal, contributing to enhancements in customer satisfaction and operational excellence. They are a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and hold degrees in Electronic Engineering from the University of Liège. From 2006 to 2008, Benoit was an Integrated Logistic Support Engineer at FN Herstal, overseeing user documentation and subcontractor management.
