Prior to this, Sean worked at ASP Group from August 2012 to September 2017 as a Recruitment Consultant, specializing in commercial buying and merchandising for leading UK retailers and FMCG Manufacturers, and previously held the position of Resourcer from March 2010 to 2012, focusing on talent sourcing across various commercial disciplines.
