Sharon Collins

Sharon Collins has extensive experience in human resources, beginning as a Human Resources Assistant at Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Inc. from April 1989 to April 1992. Sharon later held roles such as Human Resources Administrator at Mitsubishi Electric Automation, Inc. and progressed to various generalist positions, including HR Generalist at Alcon Research Ltd/CIBA Vision and Sr. HR Generalist at John Crane. In addition to managing HR functions as HR Manager at Chicago Parts and Sounds, LLC, Sharon has provided consultancy services as an HR Consultant in various organizations. Since October 2017, Sharon has been serving as an HR Business Partner at Fort Dearborn Company. Sharon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Northeastern Illinois University, completing the program between 1983 and 1988.
