Asmita Phalke is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in electrical, electronics, and communications engineering. After earning a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Bharati Vidyapeeth’s College of Engineering for Women in 2014, Asmita began a professional career at Neova Solutions as a software engineer from December 2015 to November 2018. Subsequently, Asmita continued in a similar role at HSBC from December 2018 to November 2019 and briefly at Aquent in mid-2020. Currently, Asmita serves as a Senior Lead Software Engineer at John Deere, having joined the company in April 2024. Additionally, Asmita completed a course in Information Technology at SunBeam Institute of Information Technology in 2015.
