Benjamin Randall

Benjamin Randall is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Counsel at John Deere since July 2009, providing legal and business counsel for the Agricultural and Turf Division sales and marketing operations across North and South America. Randall's expertise includes trade regulation, distribution law, and antitrust matters, alongside managing outside counsel. Previously, as Senior Attorney, Randall handled product and personal injury litigation for Deere's machinery, gaining extensive experience in mediations and product liability. Earlier roles include Litigation Attorney positions at Maron, Marvel, Bradley & Anderson and Swartz Campbell, focusing on toxic tort and product liability cases.
