Bret Culpepper, MEng., is a seasoned engineering and program leader based in Des Moines, IA, with extensive experience in automation, autonomy, and technology domains. Bret delivered John Deere’s first fully autonomous solution, aligning various teams to ensure a zero-incident deployment. In previous roles, Bret was responsible for safety engineering, system integration, and cross-functional leadership, showcasing a unique blend of technical depth and operational clarity. Bret holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering Technology from the University of Northern Iowa.
