James Lochner is currently the Director of Production Workforce Operations at John Deere, having previously served as Associate Director of Workforce Relations and Continuous Improvement. Prior to this, James held several leadership roles, including Senior Manager of Global Labor Relations and Continuous Improvement and Director of Service Delivery. James started their career as a Plant Manager at Cargill from 1994 to 1998 and then worked as Supply Chain Systems Development Manager at Land O' Lakes from 1998 to 2006. They earned an EMBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a degree in Industrial Technology from the University of Northern Iowa.
