John Vaaler is a seasoned global business professional with extensive experience in the off-highway equipment industry, particularly in battery electric vehicles and ecosystems. They have held various financial leadership roles at John Deere, including Operations Group Controller and Group Controller. Vaaler has demonstrated expertise in finance, strategy, business planning, and internal audit, complemented by a Master’s degree in International Relations from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Luther College.
