Josh Hoffman

Josh Hoffman is the Director of User Experience & Design at John Deere, where they focus on enhancing user experience and design strategies. Previously, they held various roles at John Deere, including Senior Engineer for Advanced User-Interface Technology and Senior Staff UX Lead, where they significantly contributed to UX research and design initiatives. Earlier in their career, Josh interned at DaimlerChrysler, conducting assessments of driver satisfaction and maintenance. They obtained a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Human Factors from the University of Iowa.
