Leigh-Ann Pendleton

Leigh-Ann Pendleton is a global business and innovation leader based at John Deere, where they lead manufacturing planning initiatives across the enterprise. With a focus on factory master planning, facility optimization, and process standardization, Leigh-Ann collaborates with global multi-functional and multi-cultural teams to define long-term manufacturing strategies for growth. They have been with John Deere since 2001, having held multiple roles in manufacturing planning and engineering, contributing to insourcing, implementing MES technology, and creating global engineering curriculums. Leigh-Ann earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
