Rick Ballinger

Rick Ballinger is an experienced Associate General Counsel currently advising corporate clients at John Deere on mergers, investments, and global technology business strategies. Previously, they served as Senior Corporate Counsel at John Deere, supporting technology solutions, and held positions at major firms including Perkins Coie LLP and Morrison & Foerster LLP, where they specialized in complex litigation and intellectual property matters. Rick graduated with a JD from New York University School of Law and earned an MBA from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business. They hold a BA from Stanford University, where they graduated with honors.
