They also served as a Project Manager at Ashtech LLC from 1993 to 2003 and worked as a Systems Manager at Aero-Geodetic Corporation from 1989 to 1993 after starting their career as a Cartographer at DAS - Dallas Aerial Surveys from 1986 to 1989. Rick earned a BS in Cartography & Map Technology from Southwest Missouri State University and attended Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management from 1982 to 1986.
