Robert Bares

Robert Bares is the Global Manager of Program Management and Process Quality at John Deere Financial. They began their career as a Test Engineer at Bobcat Company in 1996 and later served as a Product Support Engineer at Cummins Inc. in 1997. At John Deere, Robert held multiple roles, including Manager of Program Management for the Cotton Product Line and Program Manager for New Product Development, before advancing to their current leadership position. Robert earned a degree in Agricultural Engineering from North Dakota State University, which they attended from 1993 to 1998.
