Ron Graves is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and welding engineering. Since January 2001, Ron has held various roles at John Deere, progressing from Welding Engineer to Senior Engineer and currently serving as Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor. Prior to joining John Deere, Ron worked as a Welding Engineer at Air Liquide America for a brief period and as a Manufacturing Engineer at Copperweld from 1998 to 2000. Ron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Welding Engineering from The Ohio State University, which was completed in 2000.
