Ryan Pence

Ryan Pence currently serves as the Staff Engineer and Enterprise Dynamic System Modeling Lead at John Deere since June 2011, where responsibilities include supporting Dynamic System Modeling teams with toolsets and workflows. Prior roles at John Deere include Staff Engineer in Tractor Hydraulic Analysis and Senior Hydraulic Simulation Engineer, where significant contributions included the development of Easy5 Macros for fluid level modeling, creating a Hydraulic Model for Cab Suspension, and introducing a new hose material that resulted in cost savings and performance enhancements. Prior to John Deere, Ryan Pence gained engineering experience at Danfoss from 2007 to 2011 and at Woods Equipment from June 2005 to October 2007. Ryan Pence is an alumnus of Iowa State University.
