Simon Shackleton

Simon Shackleton is a General Manager at John Deere, with 25 years of global experience in the sales and marketing of capital equipment, particularly in the forestry industry. Simon began their career as a Sales Director at 600SA Holdings (Pty) Ltd from 1989 to 1999, where they managed various products and served on the Company Board of Directors. They have a practical background in forestry, having completed A levels in Forestry at Leeds Grammar School from 1966 to 1973. Currently, Simon oversees sales and marketing of forestry harvesting equipment across the Asia-Pacific, Africa, and China through a dealer network.
