Sunitha Ramakrishnan is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources management across prominent companies. Currently serving as the Strategic HRBP for the Global IT Group at John Deere since March 2022, Sunitha leads HR operations and supports business needs through strategic initiatives. Prior to this role, Sunitha contributed to John Deere India Pvt. Ltd. as a Strategic HRBP for the Intelligent Solutions Group and Corporate Functions, and previously held various positions such as Chief Manager for Global Job Evaluation and Senior Manager in Learning & Development. With a career that began at Wipro and included roles at Allsec Technologies and Cognizant Technology Solutions, Sunitha possesses a strong foundation in training and development. Sunitha's academic credentials include a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Pondicherry University, a Master’s Degree in Business Economics, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the University of Madras.
