John Ford Group is a leading construction company specialising in disability adaptations for individuals with catastrophic injuries and clinical negligence.

With over 15 years of experience, we enhance quality of life through tailored modifications, from simple alterations like bathroom adaptations and door widening to extensive projects such as full-house adaptations and custom "forever homes".

We collaborate closely with Court of Protection solicitors, case managers, occupational therapists, and specialist disability architects, serving as the construction and adaptation experts within multi-disciplinary teams. Our dedicated team of skilled tradespeople ensures every project is executed with precision and care.

Our team comprises skilled, employed tradespeople who handle smaller adaptations with precision and care. For larger projects, we bring our extensive experience in managing complex builds, often working on rental properties during litigation or creating bespoke solutions for permanent residences.

As trusted adaptation consultants, we are committed to transparency and client-focused solutions that maximise independence and comfort.

At John Ford Group, we don’t just build; we create environments that empower our clients to thrive.
