With over 20 years experience, our engineering team delivers a range of mechanical, electrical and public health services to developers, main contractors and private clients in London.

We have found the industry too often loses sight of the key engineering values and principles in order to design buildings fit for the end-users, whilst also delivering sustainability and legacy.

We are therefore a building services consultancy with a difference: we work hard to make the complex simple by applying smart thinking with technical expertise and focus. Our personal and collaborative approach to our clients ensures that we gain a deep understanding of your project needs and project goals from the outset.

From our range of projects in-progress and completed, we strongly believe John Francis MEP Ltd can provide a unique technical service that has the client's objectives at the forefront, ensuring that every project is delivered fully operational and complete.

Our mission statement is therefore at the heart of our successful project delivery every time:

"Engineering Simplicity, Functionality Focused"
