Brian Smith is an experienced IT professional with a focus on systems architecture and infrastructure. Currently serving as Director of Infrastructure Architecture at John Hancock since September 2004, Brian has held various roles including Systems Architect and Senior Systems Engineer. Prior to this, Brian gained valuable experience at IBM as a Senior Systems Administrator and at Invensys (Marcam) as an NT Administrator. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University (2013-2015) and obtained a certificate in NT Administration/PC Service and Support from the Boston University Corporate Education Center in 1998.
