Michael Smith

Michael Smith holds extensive experience in software engineering and quality assurance. Current roles at John Hancock since April 2015 include Senior Platform Engineer, Tech Lead, and Senior Associate, showcasing leadership and technical expertise. Prior to this, Michael served as QA Manager at NYLIM from November 2000 to April 2015, contributing to quality management and process improvement. Michael is an alumnus of the State University of New York College at Cortland.
