Rose Amran has extensive experience in technology delivery and management within John Hancock, having held various leadership positions since joining the company in 1998. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President in multiple roles, including Technology Delivery and Accelerated Delivery, Rose drives transformation initiatives by implementing agile and DevOps practices. Previous positions include Senior Director of Shared Application Services, where Rose led teams in delivering new technology services and consolidating operations to improve efficiency. Rose holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, both from Northeastern University.
