Roxane Velozo Vlk is an accomplished director of experience design and strategy with extensive experience in leading human-centered design and innovation initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of Experience Design & Strategy at John Hancock's Global Innovation Lab since November 2019, Roxane oversees the creation and implementation of global innovation strategies while fostering a customer-obsessed culture across various teams. Prior to this role, Roxane held significant positions at CVS Health as Senior Manager of UX Strategy & Design, Homesite Insurance as UX Lead, and Hasbro as Lead Front-End Developer/UX Designer, among others, consistently advocating for user-centered design and driving impactful UX strategies across diverse sectors. Roxane holds a Bachelor's degree in Interactive Media Design from The New England Institute of Art.
