Steven Haley

Steven Haley CBCP possesses extensive experience in business continuity and disaster recovery, currently serving as Director of Business Continuity Management at John Hancock Financial Services since September 2014. Previously, as Lead Disaster Recovery Analyst at BJ's Wholesale Club, Steven established a Crisis Management Team and developed comprehensive disaster recovery procedures. Earlier roles at Goodwin Procter LLP included manager of IT communications and business continuity, where responsibilities encompassed firm-wide continuity strategies and crisis management oversight. Steven began a career at Wang Laboratories, supporting customer installations and system escalations. An alumnus of the University of Phoenix, Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.
