⚡ JJP ⚡ Division of Spark Companies
Staffing and Recruiting for the IT Ecosystem.

IT service providers, technology vendors, and internal IT teams are under constant pressure to scale, secure, and support the business—often with limited headcount, tight budgets, and fast-changing technology.

⚡ Hiring in IT isn’t generic.
A Help Desk Analyst isn’t always the same as an IT Support Specialist. A Tier II at one company may be a Tier I at another. Resumes don’t always reflect real capability—especially in a world of AI-generated profiles.

⚡ What matters is understanding how roles actually function in each environment—because PE-backed, SLA-driven, and high-growth teams hire differently.

⚡ That’s where the approach changes:
Cutting through resume noise.
Identifying real technical and communication capability.
Hiring aligned to each team’s pace, priorities, and constraints.

The goal is alignment—on both sides.
