Simon SHEN is an accomplished e-commerce professional with extensive experience in managing online retail operations, data analysis, and strategic planning. Currently serving as the Ecommerce Manager at John Lobb since May 2025, Simon previously held the position of Senior E-commerce Platforms Manager at Mytheresa from August 2022 to May 2025, where responsibilities included leading local operations for the JD Store and improving e-commerce performance. Prior roles include EC Assistant Sales Manager at DELSEY PARIS, where Simon managed multiple e-commerce platforms, and E-Commerce Manager at XINEUROPE, overseeing a team and collaborating on business planning and marketing strategies.
